Gas Pilot Assembly installation is very simple, only a few simple steps, you can easily solve your problem. Turn off the gas and pull the entire burner assembly. Remove the 2 screws on the mounting plate, and remove the old thermocouple and spark igniter. Unfold gently, go through the burner door (be careful of wiring), and then reinstall the plate to the existing burner. It only takes 15-30 minutes to easily complete the replacement operation.
